Quiénes Somos

La sociedad EMEPE S.C. nace para compartir las experiencias comerciales del matrimonio formado por Lola Pineda y Alfonso Martínez, después de una vida profesional de ambos, entregada al mundo de la venta y comercial.

Ella comienza su andadura profesional trabajando en la banca, para pasar a la gestión inmobiliaria (compra-venta y alquiler de viviendas) en Sevilla, en donde se desenvuelve con soltura desde hace más de 15 años.

El ha trabajado en el mundo de los servicios agrícolas pasando por varias empresas multinacionales en las que ocupó los cargos de Director Comercial y de Marketing.

Es por este deseo de compartir sus conocimientos y poder llevar a cabo una tarea comercial y de servicio, por lo que deciden unir sus esfuerzos para impulsar su empresa en tareas más importantes y de mayor amplitud geográfica, con el claro deseo de dar a sus clientes buenas oportunidades en viviendas que sirvan para su disfrute o que les supongan inversiones seguras y rentables.
